Description of Service
MarginNotes.icu provides a subscription-based educational consulting service. We provide asynchronous, written behavioral feedback on user-submitted data logs. The focus of the service is strictly on habit formation, execution discipline, and decision-making consistency based on the rules provided by the user.
All services are delivered digitally as informational reports.
Educational Purpose
The Service is strictly educational and informational. It is designed to assist users in organizing their own historical data and identifying behavioral habits. You acknowledge that any feedback provided is hypothetical in nature, retrospective, and does not constitute a recommendation to engage in any specific financial transaction.
Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. Pricing, billing cadence, and plan details are presented at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Refund Policy (Strict)
Refunds are subject to the following strict conditions:
- Refund requests will not be considered earlier than 14 days from the initial subscription start date.
- Refund requests must be submitted no later than 31 days from the initial subscription start date.
- Refund eligibility requires that at least one service review has been delivered, allowing the customer to experience the service.
Refunds requested before 14 days or after 31 days will not be approved.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied if abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms is detected.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund outside the refund window described above.
Third-Party Data Aggregators
Our service relies on data you submit via third-party digital journaling or data aggregation platforms. You acknowledge and agree that:

- -> You are solely responsible for granting and revoking access to your data logs.
No Financial Advice or Professional Status
Not an Investment Advisor: The Company is not registered as an investment advisor, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor with any regulatory agency (such as the SEC, CFTC, or NFA).
No Fiduciary Duty: No fiduciary relationship is formed between you and the Company.
